This giant mound coral, Porites lutea, about 10 ft in diameter, is in recovery mode. It is located northwest of Maumae Beach, south of Kawaihae Reef. The fish are 5″-6″ long for scale comparison. They are also located northwest of Maumae Beach, south of Kawaihae Reef.
