hulakai’s fourth grounding

Last week strong trades pushed the Hulakai sailboat off its mooring for the fourth time. Days passed before I was able to survey the damage to the coral. The boat is docked, but its mooring chains, anchor and buoys are left on the coral reef. Again I was the first to notify DAR. Apparently, this is not important enough for the Kawaihae Harbor DOT to report DLNR.
