This manta ray with a broken left pectoral fin tip and a scar on the right leading edge of her pectoral fin is in the harbor in front on the military boat ramp. I have seen her here outside the breakwall and at Mauna Kea bay. She was doing flip feeding through dense plankton. The visibility was fairly good: the bottom can be seen from the surface. This was a rare event for me.
